Snack & Sport lovers Unite in Queens!

US Open Qualifying Week is the best time to get out to Flushing Meadows; so, why not do it by bike! Throughout the week, all qualifying matches are free to public. Spectators also have the opportunity to wander the grounds and see some of tennis' biggest stars hanging out, chatting with other players & coaches, and practicing their backhands for the big weeks to come.

On the way to & from Flushing Meadows, this we'll explore the extensive sports history that Queens has to offer: from baseball to horse racing, from duck hunting to cricket, from the longest footrace in human history (3,100 miles!) to one of the most popular board game of all time, Queens has it all! Forest Hills Stadium will surely be the highlight of any sports (and music!) fan's trip. This aging stadium was home to the US Open for seventy years, and played host to The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and more!

There will be plenty of snack options throughout the day, and a post-tennis stop at the lemon ice king is sure to refresh you for the return ride home.
